Privacy notice
This notice describes how Smart Growth Travel handles information for agency owners and staff who register a website trial. It is not a traveller booking privacy policy. Each agency’s public website has its own published legal pages.
What we collect
- Owner name, work email, agency name, chosen platform URL, and password hash held by the identity service.
- Workspace content you create: packages, pages, media metadata, enquiries, and audit events.
- Security signals needed for owner MFA, session, and privileged operator access.
How we use it
We use this information to create the trial workspace, confirm the owner mailbox, protect tenant-isolated data, and operate the website product. We do not sell agency or traveller enquiry data. Platform email is used for confirmation, invitations, and operational messages when connected.
Where it is stored
Product databases and object storage for this service are hosted in India. Agency websites remain tenant-isolated. Platform operators can access a workspace only through an audited, expiring support session.
Retention
We keep operating workspace records while the agency is active. Restricted, suspended, or cancelled workspaces remain recoverable according to the operator process rather than silent deletion.
Your choices
Owners can update business details in the workspace. To correct an owner mailbox or close an agency, contact the platform operator. Confirmation and recovery links are single-use and expire.
